The cost of Strack depends on the size of your portfolio. Our pricing is based on an annual subscription fee per lot, and you can add as many users as needed at no additional charge. For detailed pricing information tailored to your specific needs, please reach out to our sales specialist.

If you need to transition from an existing management system, we can offer migration services from a range of legacy strata management systems.

Alternatively, you may elect to start adding new schemes in Strack gradually and slowly transition existing buildings onto Strack at your own pace, with the assistance of our friendly support team.

Strack can be accessed from anywhere via your mobile app so you can view your owner details and attend meetings on the run.

Strack offers full support for BPAY, allowing seamless payment processing if you have a BPAY facility set up with your bank. We support bulk payments via BPAY API. Additionally, we provide complete integration with the DEFT system for those banking with Macquarie Bank, ensuring smooth and efficient payment management.

Strack for Self-Managed Strata

Step 2: If you don’t have further questions and would like to set up subscription, please fill out the Contact Us form with required information and our sales representatives will set up your access to Strack so you can experience the full power of the platform firsthand. We include a 10-day cooling off period.

Step 3: If needed, we can perform full migration of the data you provide

Step 4: You will receive an invoice that you can pay via bank transfer within 2 weeks. Or you can simply add our invoice into Strack and pay via ABA file, following the vendor payment process.

Strack is very intuitive and is easy to get started following our online guides. Add your strata building details, the strata roll with contact information, initialise opening balances for your owners and financials and you are ready to go.
